Ludo Class · Android app
Privacy Policy
Effective date:
This policy explains how Ludo Class (com.ludoclass.app) handles information. It applies to the app and support correspondence about the app.
Privacy at a glance: Ludo Class works offline. Your game, optional player names, preferences, and statistics stay on your device. The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics, or cloud sync.
1. Who we are
Ludo Class is operated by AC Utveckling, based in Sweden.
For privacy questions, contact claeseriksson@acutveckling.com.
2. Information stored on your device
The app stores the following information locally:
- Your current game: player and computer seats, piece positions, dice, turns, winner, and pending phone handoff.
- Optional player names or nicknames.
- Selected player count and play mode, and sound and haptic preferences.
- Local statistics: completed games and Jade/player one wins.
This information is used to resume games, identify players, remember preferences, and display your record. Player names are optional: leave them blank to use the color names. You do not need to enter real names.
3. Collection, sharing, and security
Ludo Class works entirely offline and has no internet permission. It does not send gameplay data, player names, or settings to us or third parties. We do not sell or share this local app data.
The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics, payments, cloud sync, or third-party data collection services. It does not request email addresses, location, contacts, or advertising identifiers through the app.
Game information is stored in the app’s private storage on your device, protected by Android’s app storage controls. Android app backup is disabled. Anyone who can open the app on your device may see saved player names and game progress.
4. Retention and deletion
Local information remains until it is replaced or deleted. Starting a new game replaces the saved match but keeps preferences and statistics. You can replace a player name in the next game setup, or clear its field to use the color name again.
To delete all app data, open Android Settings → Apps → Ludo Class → Storage (or Storage & cache) → Clear storage/data, or uninstall the app. Menu names vary by device. This removes saved progress, names, statistics, and settings.
5. Contact and your rights
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, retain it only as needed to handle your request and meet applicable legal obligations, and do not use it for advertising. Your email is handled by the email services used to deliver and manage correspondence.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable under GDPR by contacting claeseriksson@acutveckling.com. We cannot access game data stored only on your device. You may also complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), the Swedish data protection authority.
6. Children
The same offline, local-only gameplay practices apply to all players, including children. Names are optional and stored only on the device; players may use color names or nicknames instead of real names.
7. Policy changes
If app features or data practices change, this policy will be updated with a new effective date. A privacy policy is also included in the app and can be read offline from Settings → Privacy Policy.
