Flower Crush · Android app
Privacy Policy
Effective date:
This policy explains how Flower Crush (com.flowercrush.ce) handles information. It applies to the app and support correspondence about the app.
Privacy at a glance: Flower Crush works offline. Your game progress, settings, and cached audio stay on your device. The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics, or cloud sync.
1. Who we are
Flower Crush is operated by AC Utveckling, based in Sweden.
For privacy questions, contact claeseriksson@acutveckling.com.
2. Information stored on your device
The app stores the following information locally:
- Current board state, moves, score, and flowerbed progress.
- Level unlocks, stars, and coins earned.
- My garden restoration choices and styles.
- Tutorial flags and personal best.
- Sound effects, touch feedback, and reduced-motion preferences.
- Cached synthesized sound files, which can be recreated by the app.
This information is used to resume play, track progress, unlock garden projects, and remember your settings. The app does not use the microphone or record audio.
3. Collection, sharing, and security
Flower Crush works offline. It does not send gameplay data, settings, or garden choices to us or third parties. We do not sell or share this local app data.
The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics, in-app purchases, or developer-operated cloud sync. It does not embed third-party tracking services. If you buy the app on Google Play, Google handles the purchase and payment information under its own privacy policy; the app does not receive your payment details.
Game information is stored in the app’s private storage on your device, protected by Android’s app storage controls. Android app backup is enabled: depending on your device settings, Android or your device provider may back up and restore app preferences. Such system backups are managed by your device or account provider under its policies and settings.
4. Retention and deletion
Local progress remains until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. Restarting a level does not erase stars, statistics, or settings.
To delete all local records, open Android Settings → Apps → Flower Crush → Storage → Clear storage. To remove cached audio, use Clear cache. System backups may persist separately; manage them through your device or account backup settings.
5. Contact correspondence
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your request and retain correspondence for up to 12 months after resolution, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Email providers process the correspondence to deliver and store it.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing where applicable under GDPR by contacting claeseriksson@acutveckling.com. We cannot access game data stored only on your device; you control it through your device. You may also complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), the Swedish data protection authority.
7. Children
The same offline, local-only gameplay practices apply to all players, including children. No personal information is required to play.
8. Policy changes
If app features or data practices change, this policy will be updated with a new effective date. A privacy policy is also included in the app and can be read offline from the settings dialog.
