Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Crown Rush is operated by AC Utveckling (AC mobiltillbehör HB), based in Sweden.

2. Information stored on your device

The game stores the following information locally to continue your campaign and remember your settings:

• Coins, unlocked levels, and earned stars for each level.
• Your army upgrade level.
• Music, sound, haptics, and reduced-motion preferences.

The save file is crown_rush_save.json in the app's local data folder. A local backup copy is retained to recover a save if writing is interrupted. The Godot engine may also create local logs and cached resources for running the game and diagnosing errors. These files remain on your device and are not uploaded by the app.

Optional vibration provides feedback on supported phones and can be turned off through the Haptics setting. The app does not use location, contacts, camera, or microphone.

3. Collection, sharing, and security

The game does not use network services or send local saves, settings, logs, or cached resources to us or third parties. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics, in-app purchases, cloud saves, or third-party tracking services. Army upgrades use coins earned through gameplay.

On Android, game records are kept in the app's private storage, protected by the operating system's app storage controls. On Windows, they are kept in your user profile's app-data folder. Access also depends on your device and user-account security.

The current Android build disables automatic app-data backup. Crown Rush does not provide an online backup or cloud-sync service. Its recovery copy stays on your device. A manual copy or device-management service you use may retain separate copies.

Your operating system and the store or website used to obtain the app may handle installation or diagnostic information independently under their own policies.

4. Retention and deletion

Local records remain on your device until you delete them. Retrying a level does not remove saved progress or preferences. Resetting campaign progress alone does not delete preferences or the local recovery copy.

On Android, open Settings → Apps → Crown Rush → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app, to remove local saves, recovery copies, and preferences. Clearing cache alone does not erase your save.

On Windows, close the game and delete the %APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\Crown Rush folder to remove saves, recovery copies, preferences, and local engine files. Deleting only the game executable does not erase this folder.

Deleting app data resets your progress, coins, upgrades, and preferences. Manage any separate manual or device-management copies through the service or location where you kept them.

5. Contact correspondence

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use it to answer and manage your request, based on our legitimate interest in providing support. Email providers process correspondence to deliver and store it.

We retain correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request or meet applicable legal obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive information or unnecessary personal details.

6. Your rights

For personal information handled by the operator, you may request access, correction, or deletion, and restriction, objection, or portability where applicable under GDPR. Contact claeseriksson@acutveckling.com. We cannot access or recover saves that remain only on your device.

You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including Sweden's Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY). See IMY's information about your rights.

7. Children

The same offline, local gameplay practices apply to all players, including children. No personal information is required to play.

8. Policy changes

If development changes the app's features or data handling, we will update this policy and its effective date. Review this page for the policy applicable to the current app.
