ADR 1.3 – Säkrare transporter · Current development builds
Privacy Policy
Effective date:
This policy explains how the current Android and Windows development builds of ADR 1.3 – Säkrare transporter (Android package se.adrutbildning.sakraretransporter) handle information. It applies to the app and support correspondence about the app and describes the implemented features as of the effective date.
Privacy at a glance: The course, quizzes, source documents, and source search work offline without an account. Your profile and training records stay on your device. You choose where to save exported documents and whether to share them. The current app has no advertising, analytics, in-app purchases, or cloud sync.
1. Who we are
The app is operated by AC Utveckling (AC mobiltillbehör HB), based in Sweden.
For privacy questions, contact claeseriksson@acutveckling.com.
2. Information stored on your device
The app saves the following information locally to resume the course, show progress and results, and create documents you request:
- The name and company you enter, selected occupational role, and your confirmation that local workplace routines have been reviewed.
- Completed lesson identifiers, the last lesson, and bookmarked lessons.
- Exam answers, correct-answer counts, total questions, percentages, pass results, dates, and exam variant; the app keeps up to 200 exam attempts in the current history.
- Your best exam result, course version, and a content checksum linking the records to the course material.
- The date and reference identifier of a course-completion record created in the app.
- Dark-mode and larger-text preferences.
The main status file is adr_progress.json, with a previous-save recovery copy ending in .bak. A .pending file is used during saving and may remain after an interrupted write. If course material changes, the previous training status may be retained in a local .course-<timestamp>.json archive. Unreadable status files may be preserved with a .corrupt-<timestamp> suffix for recovery.
On Windows, opening a bundled source PDF also creates a local copy in the app-data folder. The Godot engine may create local logs and cache files used to run or diagnose the app. These files are not uploaded by the app.
The app does not access your location, contacts, camera, or microphone. It does not verify the identity or employer assessment represented by the details you enter.
3. Exports, external links, and security
The current app does not send your profile, training records, answers, results, or engine logs to AC Utveckling or a server. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking services, in-app purchases, or developer-operated cloud synchronization.
You can export a PDF course-completion record and a JSON training journal using the operating system’s file picker. These files contain your training information. The PDF includes your name, company, role, result, date, reference identifier, and course information. The journal includes saved profile and training records, exam history, course outline, lesson completion, sources, and an export timestamp.
On Android, you may also save the bundled source PDFs through the file picker. The app does not request broad storage access: it writes to the destination you select. If you select a cloud-storage provider or share an exported file with an employer or another recipient, that provider or recipient handles its copy under its own policies. Exports are separate from the app’s private storage.
External authority links open in your browser only when you select them. The browser and the website you visit handle that connection under their own policies. Course material and source search remain available without opening those links.
On Android, saved training records are protected by the operating system’s private app-storage controls, and automatic Android app backup is disabled in the current build. Device transfers or tools you choose may make separate copies. On Windows, records are stored in your user account’s app-data folder and protected by the operating system’s access controls. The app does not add a separate password or encryption system to its saves.
4. Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you remove them, subject to the current exam-history limit of 200 attempts. You can edit your name and company in the app’s settings.
Nollställ utbildningsframsteg resets completed lessons, last lesson, bookmarks, current exam history and best score, workplace confirmation, and course-completion date and identifier. It preserves your name, company, occupational role, and display preferences. It does not remove previous course archives, source-PDF copies, or engine files, and prior records may remain in the recovery save.
On Android, remove all private app-local data using Android Settings → Apps → ADR 1.3 - Säkrare transporter → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app. Clearing cache alone does not erase training records, recovery saves, or archives.
On Windows, close the app and delete only its app-data folder, normally %APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\ADR 1.3 - Säkrare transporter\. This removes its private saves, recovery and temporary files, previous course archives, source-PDF copies, and engine files. Deleting the executable or its download folder does not erase this separate app-data folder.
Exported PDFs and journals remain at the destinations you chose even after a reset, storage clearing, or uninstall. Delete those files and any cloud or transferred copies separately. Employers or other recipients manage their own retained copies; the app cannot erase them remotely.
5. Contact correspondence
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the message or attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and resolve support issues, based on our legitimate interest in providing support. Email providers process correspondence to deliver and store it.
We retain correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request, relevant follow-up, or legal obligations. Please avoid sending information that is unnecessary for your support request. You can contact us to ask about or request deletion of your correspondence.
6. Your rights
Where applicable under GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or data portability, and object to processing of your personal information. Contact claeseriksson@acutveckling.com to exercise your rights. We cannot remotely access or delete training records stored only on your device; you can inspect, export, edit, or remove them using the app and the steps above.
Read more about your data protection rights. You may also lodge a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
7. Policy changes
We will update this page and its effective date if the app’s features or data practices change, including before adding features that collect or transmit information. This policy describes the current development builds; future releases may have an updated policy. A Swedish privacy policy is also available offline in the current app under Mer → Integritetspolicy.
